Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully prior to booking.

 

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable, as treatment stock is ordered and allocated in advance, and supplier invoices and clinic operating costs are incurred prior to your appointment, regardless of attendance, except where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.

Failure to attend, or late cancellation, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once only, using the same deposit, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Rescheduled appointments must occur within 21 days of the original appointment date.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, failure to rebook within 21 days, or any additional rescheduling beyond one change will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Outside-Hours Appointments

Appointments requested outside of standard clinic hours are offered by request only and subject to availability.

Due to additional scheduling, operational, and capacity considerations, outside-hours appointments require a $250 non-refundable deposit.

All outside-hours appointments are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling conditions outlined above.

Outside-hours appointments are limited and not guaranteed.

 

Consultation Fee

A consultation is a professional clinical service and includes medical history review, assessment, clinical advice, and documentation.

A consultation fee of $100 applies and is payable regardless of whether treatment proceeds.

If treatment is performed on the same day, the consultation fee will be credited toward the treatment cost.

If no treatment is performed, the consultation fee is retained as payment for professional time, expertise, and assessment.

 

Booking Confirmation

All appointments must be secured with the required deposit within 48 hours of booking.

Appointments not secured by deposit within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled without notice.

 

Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the clinic’s booking, deposit, consultation, and cancellation policies.
