Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully prior to booking.
Deposits
A $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Deposits are applied toward the cost of treatment and are required due to the procurement and allocation of regulated medical supplies, products, and clinical preparation undertaken specifically for your appointment.
Deposits are transferable to one alternative appointment date only. Any further rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
If 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment date.
If an appointment is cancelled and a new date is not secured within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of medical stock procurement, administrative preparation, and clinical time allocation.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice), failure to attend, or a second reschedule will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Clinic-Initiated Cancellations
If the clinic cancels your appointment due to practitioner illness, regulatory requirements, or stock/supply disruption:

Your deposit will be transferred in full to a new appointment date; or

Refunded upon request where treatment cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
The clinic is not responsible for external costs incurred by patients in relation to cancelled appointments.
Outside-Hours Appointments
Outside-hours appointments require a $250 non-refundable deposit due to additional staffing, operational, and scheduling commitments.
All standard cancellation and rescheduling conditions apply.
Consultation Fee
A consultation is a professional medical service and includes comprehensive clinical assessment, medical history review, risk evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation.
A $100 consultation fee applies to all consultation appointments.
If treatment is undertaken on the same day, the consultation fee will be credited toward the total treatment cost.
Where treatment is not clinically indicated, is contraindicated, or a decision is made not to proceed following assessment, the consultation fee is retained as payment for professional time, expertise, and clinical evaluation.
Booking Confirmation
Appointments must be secured with the required deposit within 48 hours of booking.
Unsecured appointments will be automatically released.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the clinic’s Booking, Deposit, Consultation, and Cancellation Policy.
